Yes, there is free parking for 32 cars. So more than enough! We reserve 2 spaces for people with disabilities and there are 2 parking spaces equipped with a charging station. Please note that the free parking applies only from check-in time until check-out time. Would you like to park your car with us before check-in, or after check-out? That is also possible (for a limited number of cars), but we do ask a small fee of 5 euros per car. Please always ask for availability at the reception desk.
Yes! Dogs are welcome. But so are cats and parrots. And if you really can't miss your goldfish, bring it along. We do charge a small surcharge per pet per night (for the goldfish we can arrange something).There is room for one pet in the Green Room, and two in the other room types. We do ask to not leave a pet alone in the room.

Yes, we have provided 2 parking spaces for electric or hybrid cars that need charging. The charging station is semi-public. So you can charge with your own charging card, or use the hotel's card and then checkout. The cost for charging is 0.5 euros/kWh.
No. Smoking and vaping are absolutely prohibited in the entire hotel building. If we notice smoke or the smell of smoke, we may issue a fine of 250 euros. All rooms have a terrace or balcony. Smoking is allowed there, but the door to the room must be closed so that smoke does not blow in.
If you have booked a flexible fare, you can cancel for free up to 96 hours in advance. We charge 50% of the total amount for a cancellation between 96 and 48 hours in advance, after that we charge 100%. We don't have a restaurant. So you cannot find a full-fledged meal at our place. Delivery meals in the form of e.g. a pizza, we allow, but we then appreciate drinks from our bar. If you have a blue or pink room with a kitchenette, then of course you can go "all the way" in your room! :-) Don't forget that there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, something for everyone (quick bite, fine dining, kid-friendly...)! We will be happy to help you with tips.

We make every effort to accommodate families with children well. So we have parking in front of the door for less dragging, a nice lounge with play area for the kids and a large garden to romp in. We have a trampoline, an animal park, a petanque field and a heated outdoor pool. There are high chairs available. There is also a communal microwave available day and night for warming up bottles or purees. A free baby bed can always be requested on request and according to availability. We are parents ourselves and know what it's like to travel with a child, so no stress!
Babies under 3 years old stay with us at 20 euros/night.We have free cribs on request, according to the first-come-first-serve principle. But you can always bring your own baby bed. Just let us know if the baby sleeps in a big bed anyway, so we can make sure we have the right number of beds. If questions during booking: feel free to call or email!
Yes! The hotel is completely barrier-free on the ground floor. On this first floor we have one fully adapted room (Green Room type). Both the sleeping area and the bathroom have been made accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility. There are extra handles provided at the toilet. In the spacious walk-in shower we have also provided a crutch. The room has two separate beds of 200 x 90 centimeters.(A hoist is not available in the room) Be sure to ask about the availability of this room when booking.
All rooms are equipped with a TV screen with built-in chromecast. So you can easily watch your favorite series, movie or app via your own smartphone or tablet on the TV screen. So be sure to check in advance that the necessary apps are installed and ready to use.Need help with this? Very sure! We have a spacious bike shed that can hold a lot of bikes. The storage room is only accessible with a code and also has camera surveillance.There are also electrical outlets available for charging electric bicycles. Therefore, for safety reasons, please do not bring bicycle batteries to the room for charging.
We offer bicycle rentals.The price we charge for this is 25 euro/day for a regular bike, 55 euro/day for an electric bike and 65 euro/day for an electric cargo bike. (Child seat, helmet and/or basket is possible on request). Bikes are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. each time, unless rented for multiple days. Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. Cancellation of bikes less than 2 days in advance is not possible without charge.
Yes, since January 1, 2024, Knokke-Heist also charges a tourist tax. This amounts to 2 euros (incl. VAT) per person and per night. For direct bookings this is already included in the price, for bookings through intermediary partners (such as Booking.com) this still needs to be paid at check-out at the reception.
