Yes, we have provided 2 parking spaces for electric or hybrid cars that need charging. The charging station is semi-public. So you can charge with your own charging card, or use the hotel's card and then checkout. The cost for charging is 0.5 euros/kWh.
No. Smoking and vaping are absolutely prohibited in the entire hotel building. If we notice smoke or the smell of smoke, we may issue a fine of 250 euros. All rooms have a terrace or balcony. Smoking is allowed there, but the door to the room must be closed so that smoke does not blow in.

We do everything we can to accommodate families with children. We have parking in front of the door for less hassle with luggage, a nice lounge with play area for the kids and a large garden to romp in. We also have a trampoline, an animal park, a petanque field and a heated outdoor pool. High chairs for childeren are available as well. There is also a communal microwave available day and night for warming up bottles or purees. A free baby bed (0-2 years) can always be requested.

Yes! We have one fully adapted room (Green Room) on the ground floor. Both the sleeping area and the bathroom have been made accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility. There are extra handles provided at the toilet. In the spacious walk-in shower, we have also provided a stool. The room has twin beds of 200 x 90 centimeters.

The pool is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm, and this for the period from April 1st to October 31st. These dates may vary depending on the weather conditions.
Yes, since January 1st, 2024, Knokke-Heist also charges a tourist tax. This amounts to 1.5 euros (incl. VAT) per person and per night. This tax is not included in the room rate and will therefore be settled at the reception upon check-out. Babies sleeping in a crib are not included here.
Very sure! We have provided a spacious bike shed that can hold a lot of bikes. The storage room is only accessible with a code and also has camera surveillance.
Sockets are also provided for charging electric bicycles. Therefore, for safety reasons, please do not bring bicycle batteries into the room to charge.
We offer bicycle rental. The price we charge for this is 25 euro/day for a regular bike, and 55 euro/day for an electric bike (child seat and/or basket is possible on request).
The bikes are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. each time.
Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. Cancellation of bikes less than 2 days in advance is not possible without charge.
