PAYMENTS

Breakfast is always included in the room rate.
After confirming the reservation, you will be sent a payment request. When payment is completed, the room will be permanently fixed for the desired period. If no payment is made, ZAELIG Hotel reserves the right to release the room again.
Each reservation made confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions as described on this page.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed when booking through a third party (e.g. booking.com), but only in the case of a direct reservation at ZAELIG Hotel.

NON-SMOKING

ZAELIG Hotel is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking or vaping in the building or near open windows/doors is absolutely prohibited. Violation of this, or triggering the fire alarm will result in a fine of 250 euros.

PETS

Dogs (and other pets) are welcome at the hotel, but only upon request and subject to a surcharge of 20 EUR/dog/night. Leaving the dog(s) alone in the room is absolutely forbidden (except during breakfast). If a dog is alone in the room and also causes a nuisance, we may charge for this.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

If it turns out that more guests are staying in the room than specified at the time of reservation, ZAELIG Hotel reserves the right to charge this person extra (for the extra bed and breakfast), or deny access to the room (if the maximum capacity had already been reached).

Babies (0 - 3 years old) stay for free at the hotel if they sleep in a cot.
Children and adults (3 - 99+ years old) are expected to occupy 1 berth.

NOISE POLLUTION

ZAELIG Hotel guarantees a pleasant night's sleep. This means that no loud music or excessively loud conversations are allowed after 10pm. If after 1 intervention this is not followed, ZAELIG Hotel reserves the right to deny access to the room and the hotel, without financial intervention.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Non-refundable rate: A reservation made through this rate cannot be changed or cancelled without charge.
Flexible Rate: A reservation made through this rate can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in (3 pm) on date of arrival. For a change or cancellation in less than 72 hours, the full amount will be charged.
No-show: Also in case of a no-show, the reservation will be charged in full.

CHARGING STATION

The public charging station can be used for charging two electric cars, according to first come-first serve principle. This requires the use of one's own charging card. Charging at this charging station costs 0.5 euros/kWh. The associated parking spaces cannot be used for an unreasonably long period of time.

TOURIST TAX

From January 1, 2024, all guests of ZAELIG Hotel are required to pay a tourist tax of 1.5 euros (including VAT) per person and per night. This tax is not included in the room rate and will therefore be charged at the reception upon check-out (unless otherwise stated). Babies sleeping in a crib are not included here.

GROUP BOOKING

For a reservation of 4 rooms and more, different cancellation conditions apply:

Non-refundable rate: A reservation made through this rate cannot be changed or cancelled without charge.
Flexible Rate: A reservation through this rate can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before check-in (3 pm) on date of arrival. Changes or cancellations at less than two weeks will be charged in full.
No-show: Also in case of a no-show, the reservation will be charged in full.

If ZAELIG Hotel has reasonable suspicion of violating any of the above house rules and/or general conditions, it has the right to enter the room. Also, ZAELIG Hotel may demand that the hotel guest, who violates the rules, must leave the hotel at any time of the day, without any financial intervention from ZAELIG Hotel.
